Terra Global Solutions was officially formed in 2019 by CEO and founder Ben Cosstick who had been working with industry leading technically complex solution companies to help bring their products to international markets.
Passionate about helping SME’s grow their complex technical solutions sales and markets, Ben developed a structured strategic business development approach and international sales channel partnership growth and management programme. This model utilises flexible building blocks rather than a static blueprint to enable small to mid-sized technology companies to launch their products to the global marketplace with reduced costs and timeframes compared to a traditional approach.

Along with his expanding team of experienced sales engineers, Ben travels globally, working on behalf of the company’s growing client base to develop opportunities and assist with the expansion of their international go-to market strategy and then work with them to implement those processes and evolve their sales and business development channel
Ben is a mechanical engineer by trade and global sales director by profession.
Before launching Terra Global Solutions 2019, Ben worked at Orolia (Spectracom), Delphi Technologies, Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision) and NEXCOM International, working to develop and enhance business relationships extensively in EMEA, Asia Pacific and the America’s regions, developing their global brands and building channel partnerships.
Working in these market leading companies has given Ben the opportunity to make connections in all the right places, and his experience allows him to know how to use them to build the right partnerships for his clients.
When he’s not traveling the globe on business, you will often find him in the water, scuba diving with family and friends.
Jen oversees the day-to-day operations in the UK, keeping Terra and our clients up to date with everything they need.
With 20 years of experience running businesses in various industries from retail to support services, Jen is a key person for our team and the companies we work with to ensure the job gets done! Her experience had given her the knowledge and understanding of the importance of sustainable growth and having the right infrastructure to maintain it!
When she’s not organising, planning or coming up with an idea of how we can work better, Jen will often be found spending time with family and friends, enjoying some quiet time.
David Godwin is an electrical engineer turned sales executive with a passion for languages and exploring the world. David’s language skills will be put to good use heading the Europe and Latin America division of Terra Global Solutions. He speaks German, Spanish, French.
With over 20 years sales experience in embedded and engineering software and more recently in Resilient PNT (Positioning, Navigation and Timing) technology. David’s success has come from close collaboration and partnership; with suppliers, customers and in-country experts who provide that essential understanding of business customs in their region.
During his down time, David likes to stay active, getting out on his mountain bike or walking the dog with his family.
Richard specialises in business development, working closely with our operations and sales teams to develop new opportunities globally and collaborate with our existing partners to achieve their full potential.
With extensive experience working in industries that include recruitment, insurance, financial services and more recently energy storage technology, he is driven by his passion for people and their end goals. His experience has given him the ability to build strong relationships through a consultative and service-oriented approach, which has brought him considerable success in a target-driven environment.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys sports and can be found either on the running trails, on the golf course or coaching his son’s soccer team.
René boasts 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing across a range of industries including distribution, luxury consumer electronics, and niche rugged mobile devices.
While he has engaged with nearly all European markets, his primary focus has been on the Nordic and Benelux regions. His expertise spans a wide range of responsibilities, from opening new sales channels and organizing events of any scale to presenting product propositions to senior management and interacting with end users. His customer base has included B2C, B2B, VAR, and Distribution channels.
Keeping the needs of the customer a top priority he has great strength in building long lasting relationships.
In his free time, he’s a pro at finding bargain holidays, whipping up authentic dishes, and using YouTube tutorials to handle car maintenance with ease.

Francis, by trade is an Aerospace avionics engineer, with 17 years’ experience with the Singapore Air Force, before deciding to take early retirement and moving into the commercial market.
Since 2007 Francis has spent most of his time as a freelance consultant for some of the leading aerospace development programs. He has been designing, developing, engineering and integrating their test system and structures. Most of these key projects are sensitive and confidential in nature due to being Department of Defence related.
When not focused on a new project or program, Francis can be found Scuba diving, or having a layback afternoon under a coconut tree sipping a glass of wine, watching the sun set.
Kirsty manages the marketing team with both offline and online activities, ranging from social media to printing. Her team produce informative, high quality, high value content specific for our industry and that of our clients.
Kirsty and her team have over 20 years’ experience in marketing, with the added value of members specialising in sales in high niche industries. Personally, Kirsty has 11 years of experience within marketing, specialising in areas such as websites and social media, but has always thrived as a team manager, encompassing many skillsets that she brings together to provide a full offering.
At least one of Kirsty‘s three cats are bound to make an appearance on video calls and when she’s not working, she’s either at a cake course or binge-watching history documentaries.
Tiffany brings over 20 years of international corporate legal and business experience to the Terra Global Solution team.
She has worked in organisations of all shapes and sizes, including Virgin Media, Bank of New York Mellon, Getty Images, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in addition to having extensive experience in the tech space and with start-ups.
As Tiffany thrives when working and living a variety of Western and Eastern cultures, her life and career has enabled her to live in the UK, Europe, the US and India. Although a native English speaker, she is conversant in Hindi and French.
She also loves travel, music, volunteering at a local care home, and looking after a variety of senior and terminally ill foster cats.
