Our story began in 2019, when our visionary CEO and founder, Ben Cosstick, took a bold step to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology companies and the vast opportunities in international markets. With a wealth of experience working with industry-leading, technically complex solutions, Ben saw a need for a more structured, strategic approach to business development and sales channel management on a global scale.

Driven by a passion to help small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) thrive, Ben developed a unique business model that leverages flexible building blocks instead of static blueprints. This innovative approach allows tech companies to launch their products globally with reduced costs and faster timeframes, transforming ambitious ideas into international success stories.

Over the years Terra has built a team of experienced sales engineers, who’s mission it is to travel the globe, open doors, develop opportunities, and expand your international go-to-market strategy. They are seasoned professionals who are not only well-versed in the technical intricacies of your products but also deeply knowledgeable about the regions and markets you aim to conquer. Our team doesn’t just provide a service; we become your partners in growth, and are committed to seeing your vision through to its fullest potential.

Our Team

Our international sales teams are the feet on the ground heroes at Terra Global Solutions. They are the local people who know the markets, the language, and the best way to get the job done for our clients. Consisting of technical engineers as well as complex sales channel experts, they have the knowledge and experience that makes Terra different from other sale channel companies.

Alongside Ben, they attend trade shows, business events and meetings on behalf of our clients, promoting their business in their name.

Ben is a mechanical engineer by trade and global sales director by profession.

Before launching Terra Global Solutions 2019, Ben worked at Orolia (Spectracom), Delphi Technologies, Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision) and NEXCOM International, working to develop and enhance business relationships extensively in EMEA, Asia Pacific and the America’s regions, developing their global brands and building channel partnerships.

Working in these market leading companies has given Ben the opportunity to make connections in all the right places, and his experience allows him to know how to use them to build the right partnerships for his clients.

When he’s not traveling the globe on business, you will often find him in the water, scuba diving with family and friends.

Anthea Cosstick Managing Director

Managing Director

Anthea is our Managing Director with over a decade of experience in leadership, strategic planning, and team development. She focuses on building systems, managing budgets, and fostering sustainable growth, while valuing structure, adaptability, and open communication.

Before joining Terra Global Solutions, Anthea worked in education, where she designed curricula, coached teachers, and led teams to achieve ambitious goals. This experience shaped her collaborative leadership style and ability to bring out the best in people.

At Terra, Anthea ensures the business runs smoothly while driving international growth. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, creative projects, and immersing herself in a good book or video game.

Business Operations Director

Jen oversees the day-to-day operations in the UK, keeping Terra and our clients up to date with everything they need.

With 20 years of experience running businesses in various industries from retail to support services, Jen is a key person for our team and the companies we work with to ensure the job gets done! Her experience had given her the knowledge and understanding of the importance of sustainable growth and having the right infrastructure to maintain it!

When she’s not organising, planning or coming up with an idea of how we can work better, Jen will often be found spending time with family and friends, enjoying some quiet time.

David Godwin EMEA & LATAM Sales Director

David Godwin

EMEA & LATAM Sales Director

David Godwin is an electrical engineer turned sales executive with a passion for languages and exploring the world. David’s language skills will be put to good use heading the Europe and Latin America division of Terra Global Solutions. He speaks German, Spanish, French.

With over 20 years sales experience in embedded and engineering software and more recently in Resilient PNT (Positioning, Navigation and Timing) technology. David’s success has come from close collaboration and partnership; with suppliers, customers and in-country experts who provide that essential understanding of business customs in their region.

During his down time, David likes to stay active, getting out on his mountain bike or walking the dog with his family.

René Luining Sales & Marketing Manager – Terra Services

René Luining

Sales & Marketing Manager – Terra Services

René boasts 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing across a range of industries including distribution, luxury consumer electronics, and niche rugged mobile devices.

While he has engaged with nearly all European markets, his primary focus has been on the Nordic and Benelux regions. His expertise spans a wide range of responsibilities, from opening new sales channels and organizing events of any scale to presenting product propositions to senior management and interacting with end users. His customer base has included B2C, B2B, VAR, and Distribution channels.
Keeping the needs of the customer a top priority he has great strength in building long lasting relationships.

In his free time, he’s a pro at finding bargain holidays, whipping up authentic dishes, and using YouTube tutorials to handle car maintenance with ease.

Technical Support Engineer

Kao is our Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in networking and time synchronization. He works closely with partners and professionals across various sectors to optimize operations and implement reliable, high-precision solutions.

In his role, Kao is responsible for diagnosing technical issues, analysing diagnostic data, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and deliver effective support to clients.

Outside of work, Kao enjoys reading books, staying active through workouts, playing golf and basketball, while also relaxing with movies and Netflix series.

Sirinapa is our Field Application Engineer who is securing deals by providing technical expertise, crafting tailored solutions, and building client confidence. With over 13 years experiences in Oil & Gas, Process Automation and Power industrial business, she have honed skills in sales, designing, engineering, integrating and network architecture, contributing to the ASEAN region’s digital transformation journey.

In the realm of big projects with multiple participants, she emphasized the significance of adaptability and resourcefulness. Sometimes, she would take on additional tasks to ensure project success, showcasing his entrepreneurial mindset and positive thinking that proved to be truly inspiring.

Moreover, Sirinapa’s service-oriented attitude went beyond technical expertise. Her willingness to support and go the extra mile for the team demonstrated the power of collaboration and camaraderie in achieving shared goals. She believes in value of empathy and dedication to excellence.

ane is our Country Sales Manager with more than 13 years of sales experience. Jane brings a proven track record in delivering IT and broadcast solutions that empower businesses across a wide range of industries. Her deep understanding of data centres, internet services, cloud technologies, and integrated IT systems allows her to craft solutions that are both scalable and impactful.

Jane has led key account management efforts across sectors including Government, Retail, Industrial Automation, and Broadcast. She’s recognised for her ability to build long-term client relationships, respond to industry-specific challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that drive real business outcomes. Her strengths in conflict resolution and confident negotiation help secure trust and cultivate enduring partnerships.

Outside of work, Jane is passionate about health and wellness. Pilates, Zumba, and weight training form an essential part of her daily life, fuelling both her professional focus and personal resilience.

Francis Chu Applications & Special Projects Manager

Francis Chu

Applications & Special Projects Manager

Francis, by trade is an Aerospace avionics engineer, with 17 years’ experience with the Singapore Air Force, before deciding to take early retirement and moving into the commercial market.

Since 2007 Francis has spent most of his time as a freelance consultant for some of the leading aerospace development programs.  He has been designing, developing, engineering and integrating their test system and structures.  Most of these key projects are sensitive and confidential in nature due to being Department of Defence related.

When not focused on a new project or program, Francis can be found Scuba diving, or having a layback afternoon under a coconut tree sipping a glass of wine, watching the sun set.

Tiffany Ford Legal and HR Counse

Legal and HR Counsel

Tiffany brings over 20 years of international corporate legal and business experience to the Terra Global Solution team.

She has worked in organisations of all shapes and sizes, including Virgin Media, Bank of New York Mellon, Getty Images, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in addition to having extensive experience in the tech space and with start-ups.

As Tiffany thrives when working and living a variety of Western and Eastern cultures, her life and career has enabled her to live in the UK, Europe, the US and India. Although a native English speaker, she is conversant in Hindi and French.

She also loves travel, music, volunteering at a local care home, and looking after a variety of senior and terminally ill foster cats.

Kirsty Grimes Marketing Manager

Kirsty Grimes

Marketing Manager

Kirsty manages the marketing team with both offline and online activities, ranging from social media to printing.  Her team produce informative, high quality, high value content specific for our industry and that of our clients.

Kirsty and her team have over 20 years’ experience in marketing, with the added value of members specialising in sales in high niche industries.  Personally, Kirsty has 11 years of experience within marketing, specialising in areas such as websites and social media, but has always thrived as a team manager, encompassing many skillsets that she brings together to provide a full offering.

At least one of Kirsty‘s three cats are bound to make an appearance on video calls and when she’s not working, she’s either at a cake course or binge-watching history documentaries.
